International Women’s Day 2023

International Women’s Day celebrates the strength and success of female individuals throughout history. It is an opportunity to applaud the progress that has been made and witness the potential of the future. The International Women’s Day campaign theme for 2023 is “embrace equity.”

At Lennox Paton, we believe passionately in the power of women’s rights and resist the gender gaps that continue to exist in our society. We stand with the courageous women in our communities who have championed change and broken down gender stereotypes. We are inspired by all the women who have forged their own paths, becoming strong and leading figures in traditionally male-dominated roles.

On International Women’s Day, we would like to celebrate the achievements of the women at Lennox Paton. Our female partners continue to gain renown as leaders in their fields, and our female attorneys and staff at all levels play a significant role in driving the firm’s success. We are proud that almost 40% of our partners are female, a figure which we aim to maintain.

We encourage everyone to actively support and embrace equity.
