Lennox Paton Attorney, Christopher Jenkins, Appointed as King’s Counsel

Congratulations to Christopher Jenkins on his appointment as King’s Counsel (KC). Christopher was appointed as KC on 9 January, 2023. We are incredibly proud of Christopher’s well-deserved appointment, which is a testament to his hard work and skill in his practice, and his dedicated contribution to the training and support of junior attorneys at the firm.

Christopher is a Partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. Christopher’s work covers the full spectrum of commercial practice, with an emphasis on property litigation, trust litigation, judicial trusteeships, mortgagee remedies, insolvency advice and representation, asset recovery and shareholder disputes. He regularly appears at Supreme Court and Court of Appeal level and is accustomed to working alongside UK and US-based legal, insolvency and accounting teams in cross-border matters.

Lennox Paton’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution team now boasts three KC’s, a great honour and a reflection of the high level of expertise and talent that our attorneys possess. We look forward to seeing Christopher excel in the role of KC alongside Brian Simms KC and Metta MacMillan-Hughes KC.
