Lennox Paton announces new Partner
Lennox Paton is pleased to announce the appointment of Ramonne Gardiner as Partner.
Ramonne was called to the Bar of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas in October 2015 and began his legal career at Lennox Paton.
He obtained an Associate of Arts Degree in Law and Criminal Justice at the now University of The Bahamas and earned his LLB with honours in 2013 at the University of the West Indies. Ramonne completed his Bar Training at The Eugene Dupuch Law School where he graduated with numerous awards, including The Bahamas Bar Council Award given to the Top Bahamian Student of his graduating class. In 2016, was recognized by Bahamas Professional Service Magazine, as one of the top 40 Bahamians under 40 and in 2020, he was the Recipient of “Emerging Leader Alumni Award” Class of 2010 – University of The Bahamas Hall of Fame, 2020. From 2018-2020 Ramonne participated in 3 consecutive STEP Moots for winning Lennox Paton moot teams where he served in various roles including lead advocate and team advisor.
Ramonne has Diplomas from the International Compliance Association in Anti-Money Laundering (distinction) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (merit).
Ramonne is experienced in commercial and civil litigation and his practice areas include insolvency and restructuring, personal injury, shareholder, insurance, contract and trust disputes and is a proud member of the Rotary Club of South Ocean where he serves as service project chair.
