On June 12th and 13th, LXP Litigation Partner, Sophia Rolle Kapousouzoglou and Senior Partner Brian Simms KC respectively sat as panelists at The Bahamas Bar Association’s Training Days 2025, under the theme, “Navigating the Legal Landscape: Emerging Trends and Challenges towards a Resilient Bar.”
Sophia Rolle Kapousouzoglou’s panel discussion centered on the topic, “No Contest Clauses in Trust Deeds: Analysing the Implications of the Hammersmith Stewart Case”. Meanwhile, Brian Simms KC delved into the panel topic, “Dispute Resolution in Paradise: Trends and Best Practices.”
