Overview
Lethea is an Associate in the firm’s Financial Services Group. Her practice is primarily focused on corporate and commercial matters, securities, banking, investment funds, probate, trusts, intellectual property, continuations, insolvency/liquidation, and regulatory compliance. She works routinely with regulators in The Bahamas to assist with the incorporation and licensing of banks and trust companies, investment funds, financial and corporate service providers, and digital asset related companies. She also assists with obtaining business licence approvals and Value Added Tax registration with the Department of Inland Revenue.
