Caribbean Round Table 2022
Partner, Sophia Rolle-Kapousouzoglou, will be speaking at the inaugural Caribbean Round Table hosted by INSOL International, taking place 9th March, 2022.
The Caribbean region is currently facing some important economic challenges including falling tourism numbers in the aftermath of the pandemic and related job loss, increasing non-performing loans and extreme vulnerability to climate change.
The Caribbean Round Table 2022 aims to bring policymakers, the private sector and the judiciary together with the aim of discussing insolvency law and related developments across the region.
The speakers will discuss three issues:
- What is your existing insolvency regime (key laws, number of cases, general insolvency activity);
- Are there any potential/upcoming/recent reforms;
- In your opinion, what are the key challenges that remain.
