Junior Corporate Compliance Administrator
The successful candidate must pass and will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance of Corporate Client’s files and aid in account recovery for compliance reporting and corporate administrative service billings. The Corporate Compliance Administrator will assist in maintaining current dated KYC documents for Clients (in physical and electronic copy), ensuring payments are received for compliance reporting and corporate administrative services, and adhoc corporate and compliance reporting. Details will be provided in the interview.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivables for corporate and compliance Invoices:

- Corporate Administrative Services – payment recovery
- Compliance Reporting – payment recovery and drafting of invoices
- Assisting with updating compliance and corporate files – hard and soft copies:

- Onboarding Due Diligence Packages
- Due Diligence Reviews
- Updating of Compliance Files
- Adhoc corporate and compliance projects includes, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with Client queries on all invoices on a case-by-case basis.
- Assisting Corporate Clerk with scanning and compliance file compilation
Requirements
- Minimum Associate’s degree
- Desire and capability of learning and retaining knowledge
- Some experience in corporate and compliance
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly Confidential
- Detail Oriented
- Microsoft Suite proficient and technologically savvy
- High tolerance for mundane and repetitive tasks
