Junior Corporate Administrator
The Junior Corporate Administrator will report to the Head Corporate Administrator and work directly with colleagues in the corporate department. Your role will primarily be to assist with the management of entities registered with Lennox Paton Corporate Services (LPCS). You will be expected to assist and engage in active company management inclusive of standard statutory filings as well as act on instructions in the provision of ad hoc services. A successful Junior Corporate Administrator will be able to prioritize task and attend to each one with due care and detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with Incorporation of corporate entities inclusive of international business companies, domestic companies, foundations and exempted limited partnerships
- Take instructions from clients and Lennox Paton attorneys
- Liaise with the Registrar General
- Create company documents for execution (Certificate of Incumbency, Registered Office Certificate, Notarial Certificates, Resolutions)
- Filing Annual Declarations, Statements, letter listing Members and Directors with the Registrar General
- Obtain mandatory declarations from clients
- Assist with managing company dissolutions
- Overseeing the transfer out and in of corporate entities
- Attending training administered by LPCS
- Maintaining awareness of relevant laws, rules, and guidelines
- Assisting with accurate billings for services rendered
- Responding to client’s inquiries directed to you or LPCS generally
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Associates degree
- Minimum three years’ experience in financial services regulation
- Excellent organizational, communication and partnership-building skills
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office

Junior Compliance Administrator
The Junior Compliance Administrator will assist in the preparation, review, and manage on an ongoing basis the compliance files for the Corporate Services team. The Junior Compliance Administrator will also assist with the Economic Substance Reporting for clients which have engaged Lennox Paton Corporate Services (LPCS) as their reporting agent. Additionally, they will assist with the maintenance of the ROBO database.
The Junior Compliance Administrator will assist with liaising with clients to request updated KYC documents and ensure same are received and filed in a timely basis. The Junior Compliance Administrator will also conduct an independent review of all onboarding KYC documents to ensure compliance with department due diligence requirements and conduct World Check reports for LPCS and LXP as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with review of KYC at time of onboarding
- Assist with the completion of risk assessments
- Maintenance of compliance files (physical and electronic)
- Liaising with clients to ensure due diligence is updated and received in a timely basis
- Conducting World Check reports for LPCS clients when Corporate Services Clerk is unable to
- Assist as needed with economic substance reporting
- Assist as needed with corporate services admin support
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
