Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB)
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on business licensing, immigration law, and VAT compliance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with business licensing processes and VAT compliance
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Draft, review, and interpret contracts, agreements, and internal policies
- Offer clear legal advice related to business licensing and regulatory obligations
- Support compliance and documentation processes related to Value Added Tax (VAT)
- Communicate legal guidance effectively to both legal and non-legal stakeholders
- Assist in maintaining organized and accessible legal records and documents
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to business licensing and operations.
- Practical knowledge of immigration processes and legal documentation.
- Familiarity with VAT regulations and tax compliance procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple legal and administrative tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal document management systems.
