Wendawn is an Associate in the firm’s Financial Services Group. She has a keen interest in the financial sector and works directly under Partner Castino Sands.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked in a high-volume small firm as a Pupil appearing in several matters in the Magistrates Court of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. During that time, she gained valuable skills as a litigator and exposure to other practice areas.


Wendawn began her tertiary studies at Seattle University, Seattle Washington where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice: Administration of Justice. She continued on to earn her Juris Doctor at the Seattle University School of Law. She was subsequently admitted to the bar in Washington D.C., U.S.A. in October, 2016 after which she sought to become qualified to practice in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.

Wendawn later enrolled at the Eugene Dupuch Law School where she earned a Legal Education Certificate, following which she was admitted to the bar in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas in September 2018.

Due to her interest in the financial sector, Wendawn continued her education at the Bahamas Institute of Financial Services where she earned a Certificate in Taxation (with merit) as well as Wealth Management (with merit).
