As a pupil, Valdere currently works directly under several of the Litigation Partners at the Firm on a wide-range of civil and commercial litigation matters.
He has a keen interest in insolvency and restructuring, corporate and contractual disputes and trust litigation. Valdere has also recently appeared as junior counsel in the Supreme Court.
In 2016, Valdere obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree (First Class Honours) from the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill, Barbados Campus) and was also recognized by The Barbados Bar Association as the top performing final year student.
Thereafter, he completed his Bar Training at the Eugene Dupuch Law School in The Bahamas in 2018, where he graduated valedictorian. Valdere was also the recipient of several academic awards, including, top performing student in trial advocacy, legal drafting and interpretation and the law of evidence.
Valdere was awarded a Certificate of Legal Education from the Eugene Dupuch Law School in September 2018 and was called to the Bar of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas in October 2018.
