Scharlee is an Associate in the firm’s Financial Services department. She works on various regulatory matters including business licenses, Bahamas Investment Authority approvals, Exchange Control approvals and Securities Commission approvals. She routinely assists with matters concerning incorporation, continuation, redomicilation and liquidation of companies, as well as various trust, securities and digital asset matters.
