Her practice focuses on:
- Representing vendors and purchasers in the sale and acquisition of residential & commercial real estate
- Representing mortgagees and mortgagors in secured financing transactions
- Drafting commercial and residential leases
- Applying for regulatory approvals from the Bahamas Investment Authority, National Economic Council and Central Bank of The Bahamas
- Advising property owners on real property tax matters
- Advising clients on probate matters
- Assisting clients with obtaining Business Licenses from the Department of Inland Revenue

- Assisted in representing both the Vendor and Purchaser in a $1.5 million sale and acquisition of a unit at Sterling Commons Hurricane Hole on Paradise Island
- Represented the Purchaser in the $1.1 million acquisition of a unit at Caves Heights
- Represented the Vendor in the $1.1 million sale of property in Eleuthera
- Represented vendors in the sale of various condominium units at The Reef, Residences at Atlantis on Paradise Island
