Overview
Jamie Liddell is a Partner in our Real Estate Group. He joined Lennox Paton in 2016 and specializes in the (i) representation of private clients in real estate transactions; and (ii) representation of commercial clients in resort development matters.
Jamie currently represents the developers of Norman’s Cay, Royal Island, Balmoral, One Cable Beach, Aqualina, Passion Point and a 60-acre mixed-use project in Adelaide. Jamie also represents the developer of Baker’s Bay in relation to the legal master planning its various condominium projects.
Jamie has specialist experience in:
- Resort development;
- Condominiums & Condo-hotels;
- Marinas (including membership structures);
- Real estate transactions for private clients;
- Economic permanent residency for private clients;
- Bahamas investment incentives;
- Secured financing transactions.
