Brynae is an Associate in the Real Estate Group in our Nassau office, having joined the Firm in September 2021. Her practice, which is primarily focused on transactional real estate law, includes the representation of vendors and purchasers in the acquisition of and sale of property, real estate financing, drafting of residential and commercial leases and regulatory applications to the Bahamas Investment Authority.
Prior to joining the Firm, Brynae worked at the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Legal Affairs where she developed a niche in International Trade Law, Intellectual Property Law and Legislative Drafting; having represented the country at plenaries held by the World Trade Organization and the International Telecommunications Union. She then moved to a boutique Bahamian law firm, where her transactional practice comprised mostly of Conveyancing, Mortgages and Leases.
