New BVI Corporate and Funds Partner

International offshore law firm Lennox Paton is delighted to
announce that Rob McIntyre has joined the firm as a Partner and
Head of the Corporate and Investment Funds groups in the British
Virgin Islands. Rob has a wealth of experience having practised BVI
law since 1996. Rob's areas of practice include Investment Funds,
Corporate, Banking, Finance, Securities, and Mergers and
Acquisitions.
Before joining Lennox Paton, Rob was Managing Partner in the BVI
and Head of BVI Funds at Maples and Calder; another leading
offshore law firm. Rob has acted for some of the world's largest
hedge funds and he has advised investment managers from around the
world on the structuring and operation of funds domiciled in the
BVI. Rob has also advised numerous banks and other financial
institutions on lending to, structuring and the operation of BVI
vehicles.
Rob will split his time between the BVI and London offices, where
he will complement an already strong team of lawyers who offer a
full client service including litigation, corporate and fiduciary
services, investment fund, and commercial work.
